It is a technological platform that allows the customer to register and maintain their data, unlock their account, transfer, deposit and withdraw money, convert money into electronic money and vice versa, pay for goods and services, via Web applications, Android application and USSD commands.
Is this service available for accounts in National Currency and Foreign Currency?
No. The Service is available in NC, as for FC, the service is unavailable.
What are the Advantages of the e-Kwanza for Customer?
The advantages of the service are:
a) Innovation: Technology (IVR, commands and USSD and Web Application) that facilitates and improves the user experience;
b) Flexibility: Available on any electronic device with internet access or any analog phone;
c) Convenience: Instant remittances / transfers, payment for goods and services by mobile phone;
d) Security: For the Trader, Agent and Customer for carrying out operations with confirmation and approval of each transaction;
What is the target market for this service?
A: This service is available to the general public (customers and non-BAI customers).
Is there an access condition to have this service?
Yes:
- Being 16 (sixteen) years old;
- Having an active cell phone.
How can I subscribe to the é-Kwanza service as a customer?
The customer can subscribe to the service in one of the following ways:
- Self registration (USSD or Web Application and Android);
- Assisted registration (é-kwanza agent).
USSD: Dial * 402 # and follow the instructions;
Or contact an é-Kwanza agent (assisted subscription).
What are the payment methods for the service as an é-Kwanza customer?
The customer can do:
- Remittance of values;
- Payments for goods and services;
- Top-up payments.
What operations are available in this service as an é-Kwanza customer?
The available operations are:
- Cash deposit;
- Cash withdrawal;
- Remittances / transfers of funds;
- Payment for goods and services;
- Top-up payments;
- Consultations;
- Changing the secret code;
- Loading of accounts (deposits) via ATM and BAI Directo.
Does this service have an activation cost?
This service has no activation costs.

Yes. According to the price list in force.
After registering as a customer, is it possible to become an e-Kwanza seller? How?
Yes. The customer can become a Seller, however they must change their account from customer to Seller, for that purpose the customer must go to an é-kwanza agent and request a profile change.
