Strategy and Business Model


After the end of the 1st cycle of BAI Bank's five (5) years Strategic Program, which went from 2016-2021, the Program called Geração BAI is in its second cycle (version 2.0, which will go from 2022 to 2027), and took the year 2021 as a preparatory, and established from this point on the beginning of the current accounting year, and having as a guideline the reinforcement of the Bank´s vision, which is of offering the best banking experience to all customers in Angola.
