CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REPORTS
The Corporate Governance Report of BAI - Banco Angolano de Investimentos, S.A | Sociedade Aberta, is prepared based on the requirements set out in Annex II of CMC Regulation 6/16, and adopts the principles established by Law n.º 14/2021, of May 19 – the General Framework Law for Financial Institutions, written by BNA according to the notice 1/2022, which deals with the Corporate Governance Code, BNA Notice n.º 8/2021, and looks at the Regulatory Capital – for Systemically Important Institutions must have and BNA Notice n.º 9/2021, that deals with External Audit, which may diverge from the Guide of Good Corporate Governance Practices published by the CMC. Any divergences are explained in the assessment of the department of compliance in the Annual Corporate Governance Report.
